San Diego Beaches I can swim in?

I am having a hard time locating a beach I can swim in-any ideas? San Diego only,please. Thanks.
no not coronado. if you like huge amazingly fun waves go to del mar. la jolla is also nice, but it is VERY crowded. la jolla doesnt have very big waves. i prefer the huge waves thats why del mar is my all time favorite.
