San Diego Beach houses?
I’m planning a get away with some friends in march, to visit San Diego beaches. How much would a shore house cost to rent for a week? Are there any other beaches that are less popular than San Diego that have shore houses?
A 2br will be around $3-4000 per week plus deposit. If it competes with spring break and a lot of other people with the same idea as you show up, then add another $1000 to the price. It’s like having a house for rent near the Superbowl. Owners will gouge the market. That’s for the better beach zones from Tourmaline to the South Mission Beach Jetty.
Ocean beach will be less. Imperial Beach just isn’t where I would pay $1K to hangout at. It lacks the flair of PB-MB.

I can’t quote $, but Craig’s list is the defacto authority on these kinds of things. PB, MB, La Jolla and most of North County are going to be pricey. Beaches considered not quite as nice include Imperial Beach, Ocean Beach, and Ocean Side.

As mentioned before there are several. Why don’t you go to
VRBO.com
and check out the houses and their rental asking prices. We’ve used that site before and were very happy with the result.
