where is the best outdoor rifle range or public area to shoot in san diego county?

are there any places where i can take my guns and shoot for free in the boonies, public land in the foothills ? if not where can i find an outdoor rifle range in san diego. not for hunting but target practice. what is the creiteria i have to meet to shoot in my back yard in san diego

The Cleaveland national forest and surrounding BLM lands have area’s that allow target shooting and it is an approved activity unless posted otherwise. Just folow the rules for shooting and you shouldn’t have problems.

Themed mini golf courses?

We live in San Diego, CA and we’re looking to do something fun before we leave to move to MN, is there any cool "themed" mini golf courses around san diego or close to it? Belmont park kind of sucks and boomers and pelly’s is old news, but if there are any other "themed" courses I’d love to know.
