I went to the county building and they said they didn’t have the forms. That I needed to get them from somewhere else. They wouldn’t say where though. Can some one explain the process to me? Especially where I get the forms in the first place.
If you recently purchased a home in San Diego you should have received one from the county of San Diego
Whenever there is a purchase or transfer of residential property, the Assessor’s Office automatically mails a Homeowner’s Exemption claim form. You may also download the application from our web site at www.sdarcc.com/arcc/docs/hoxemp.pdf, or request that one be mailed to you by calling our office at (619) 531-5772.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

We live in San Diego county, inland, and would like to put several birdhouses in our yard for local birds to use. However, we know there are a lot of sizes and types of bird houses for different species – what would be the best to put up in our area? I’ve mostly seen scrub jays and sparrows, but I’m no birder, and I want to make my yard a good nesting place for all types.
(Also, what type of feed should I put out?)
in diego I’d check out for the swallows that hit capistrono.. dont worry about the food the’ll pick thought it but all birds love sunflower seeds so get wild bird seed and mix 50/50 with sun flower..
